When most people finally discover they’re being stalked, the stalkers have been tracking and studying them for months, years, or even decades—They play the long game and so should you. This is why it’s very important to start retroactively 

protecting yourself, and you don’t have time to waste reacting and responding to every stalking tactic. Instead, you must understand their tactics and implement ways to protect yourself and your family.  

Since stalking occurs overtime, they have taken time to learn everything about you...likes, dislikes, habits, where you live, shop, work, play, and all the routes you take to get there. Studying you is part of their initial tactic, and they will strategically use all the data gathered to harass you through 3 STALKING TACTICS: Tracking, Hacking, and Smearing…  

Tracking 

Tracking is probably the most important aspect of stalking. If they can't track you consistently, they will also track those around you (children, spouse, siblings, friends, family). I like to refer to it as 'Track To Attack' because they must know your location in order to implement the harassing fear tactics. Hacking

Hacking is an extension of tracking. Tracking is not limited to location, they also want to track all your interactions (texts, phone calls, emails, etc.), which occurs through hacking. They want to hack your devices and accounts to have full access to every aspect of your life (email, social media, financial, medical, home, car, etc.). The Smear Campaign 

The stalker’s goal is to control you by any means necessary, and the smear campaign is one of their favorite psychological tactics because they can control what others think of you and how others treat you by spreading lies/rumors to villainize/defame you. Ultimately, they want to humiliate, discredit, and destroy your reputation and confidence so you can self-destruct.

Smearing is one of their favorite tactics because they can remain hidden, and the effects can be broad and rapid due to the different means of spreading lies/rumors, such as social media, phone, texts, 'flying snakes' in gang stalking, etc.  Typically, the smear campaign starts before you even know you’re being stalked, so the mistreatment/isolation from others can be confusing and trigger paranoia, which is the goal of the stalker. It’s important to understand the goal is to attack you everywhere you go and/or area of your life so the smear campaign can expand to work, church, gym, neighborhood, hair salon, your favorite shops and/or anywhere you frequent enough for people to know your name/face. They want you to be overloaded with people treating you badly (i.e. stares, death smiles, nasty looks, whispers, etc.) everywhere you go, so you become paranoid, isolated, and deathly afraid to go anywhere--The stalkers get sadistic enjoyment from your fear, suffering, and isolation.

The smear campaign is very common outside of stalking (especially with jilted exes and jealous family members) because people with narcistic traits rely on smear campaigns to boost their low self-esteem by turning people against you through smearing your character, honor, and reputation.  They must lie to mask the truth about their inadequacies and insecurities. 

Victory Tip:   Remain Calm/Composed--Control your emotions by Ignoring them (when you can) and study the art of grey rocking/yellow rocking/stone walling (See the 3F's e-book)!  This is easier said than done because the natural human reaction is to defend yourself and figure out the lies, but you must grow into the freedom of letting it go!   BE ASSURED...The lies will be revealed, and truth will prevail because Karma never forgets an address.
